How to Improve the Image Quality of AnkerWork B600 in a Backlit Environment?

Modified on: Wed, 16 Oct, 2024 at 10:51 AM

The AnkerWork B600 does not have an HDR feature, so we do not suggest using this in a backlit situation as it is likely to cause an overexposed image quality. However, if that's your environment and can not be avoided, you can try the following tips to improve the image quality in a backlit environment:

- Update the firmware to the latest version (steps: Device Switch on the left top corner > Select Device > Device >Check for Updates).

- Try to customize the image settings, such as decreasing the brightness and contrast ratio on AnkerWork software.

-Try to close the curtains or use a professional desk lamp to ensure a consistent, natural, and clear image quality.
